Meditation for Beginners

If you are curious about meditation and would like to join us for an informal gathering to learn more, please let me know.

Andre Casaubon, a fellow yoga teacher, will lead us through a series of meditation techniques for beginners and curious minds alike!

We are planning on gathering next Wednesday, May 9th, 7pm – 9pm at my house.  By donation.

Silent Auction on Saturday May 5th

The Gibsons & Elphinstone Community School is holding a silent auction at the Sunnycrest Mall on Saturday May 5th to raise funds for the following programs:

  • Gibsons Youth Centre

  • Breakfast Club (providing hot breakfast for hungry kids)

  • Homework Club (access to free tutoring)

This is a small non-profit society providing assistance to kids in our community who need it.

Look for the Nirma Yoga 1 month Pass (and beautiful green mat) and other items that have been donated by this amazing community we live in!

Reminder – No classes on Thursday, April 26th

Just a little reminder that we won’t be holding classes this Thursday (April 26th).  All of our other classes remain the same this week, (Tuesday at 9:30, Friday at 9:30, Saturday at 9:30 and 11:00am).  We hope you have been enjoying the warmer weather, breaks of sunshine and all the green sprouting up around us.
