Celebration with Dance!

Join Sharon and I on Saturday,

Feb 25th at Eric Cardinal Hall from 12:30 – 2:30 for food, music and DANCE to celebrate the close of our 40 Day Yoga Journey.  Everyone is welcome, come meet your fellow yogis and enjoy some time together.

We have a special guest joining us at 1:30, Julie Plotkin, who has over 10 years of ecstatic dancing experience.     While not a 5Rhythms instructor, Julie will lead us in a one-hour dance session inspired by her experiences with 5Rhythms to give us a taste as there are classes now available in our community!

See you on Saturday!

Spirilina
Cinnamon
Maca

Approx 1-2 tbs of super foods

Other Options:
Cashew nuts
Coconut flakes
Goji berries
Hemp hearts
Pecans
Dried berries
Candied Ginger

Additional directions:
Ensure all utensils and the bowl are dry before the ingredients are added as water can cause the mix to separate.Directions:Place the raw cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat and melt gently . Meanwhile, mix all the other dry ingredients with the raw cacao powder separately.  Once butter is melted add to the dry ingredients and mix well using a metal whisk (wooden spoons don’t blend as well).  You can keep the mixture over low heat and then add the Agave and mix well. Taste the mix once melted and add more sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste.  Add vanilla.Once completely melted and blended remove from heat. Your mixture should be runny and easy to pour and can be poured or spooned into ice cube trays, silicone molds or even plastic tubs to make fabulous raw chocolate bars.  If you are adding nuts, ginger or dried fruit, place pieces in the molds and then pour chocolate over them.   Place in the freezer and leave to set for 20 mins to half an hour on in the fridge for around 2 hours.
