Raw Chocolates the Sharon Tron way . . .
Happy Valentine’s Day
3 How to Videos & the list of ingredients – yummy!
Ingredients for Big Batch of Chocolates (approx 60)
1 cup of raw cacao butter 1/2 cup of coconut oil 2 tbsp coconut butter 2 cups of raw cacao powder 3/4 tbsp vanilla 1 cup agave syrup 1 tsp cayenne (optional)1-2 pinches of Celtic sea salt Approx 2 tbsps of the following: raw cacao nibs
raw sweet cacao nibs
Spirilina
Cinnamon
Maca Bee pollen Approx 1-2 tbs of super foods *Use your imagination! Other Options: Cashew nuts
Coconut flakes
Goji berries Hemp hearts Pecans Dried berries Candied Ginger Additional directions: Ensure all utensils and the bowl are dry before the ingredients are added as water can cause the mix to separate.Directions:Place the raw cacao butter in a bowl over a pan of water on a low heat and melt gently . Meanwhile, mix all the other dry ingredients with the raw cacao powder separately. Once butter is melted add to the dry ingredients and mix well using a metal whisk (wooden spoons don’t blend as well). You can keep the mixture over low heat and then add the Agave and mix well. Taste the mix once melted and add more sweetener if you prefer a sweeter taste. Add vanilla.Once completely melted and blended remove from heat. Your mixture should be runny and easy to pour and can be poured or spooned into ice cube trays, silicone molds or even plastic tubs to make fabulous raw chocolate bars. If you are adding nuts, ginger or dried fruit, place pieces in the molds and then pour chocolate over them. Place in the freezer and leave to set for 20 mins to half an hour on in the fridge for around 2 hours.
